REPORT OF THE 1ST ADMINISTRATIVE MEETING OF DISTRICT GRAND LODGE

 REPORT

The 1st Administrative Meeting of District Grand Lodge was held on Wednesday 24th June 2020.

Relevant information emerging from the meeting are as follows.

  1. Tentative date for Installation of the District Grand Master is 31st October 2020.
  2. Substitute District Grand Masters should establish closer Liaison with Lodges under their purview.
  3. Secretaries and Treasurers of daughter lodges are to respond to District Grand Lodge Correspondence without undue delay.
  4. During this hiatus, due to Covid 19 pandemic, Lodges should endeavour to update their records and get their finances up to date for 2019.
  5. All office Bearers will have to retain their respective offices till their next scheduled date of installation in the year 2021.
  6. Any difficulty experienced by daughter lodges should communicate them directly to their supervisors.
  7. All to continue to adhere to the Government of Sierra Leone guidelines on Covid 19.
