*1.Installation RWDGM*
.- DGL awaiting scheduled date of installation by Grand Lodge.
*2. Resumption of Masonic activities*
Daughter lodges to resume with effect from 4th January 2021.
*Comment* : Daughter lodges to forward summons to DGL one week before meeting.
*3.Finances of District Grand Lodge*
Daughter lodges are hugely indebted to Grand Lodge.
*Comment*: District Grand Lodge has been debited £17,450 by Grand Lodge up to December 2020.
DGT will soon publish the financial status of Daughter lodges by end December 2020 or asap.
*4.Development of a Strategic Plan for DGL*
DGL awaits the draft plan from the Technical Community appointed for its development.
*5.Lease agreement
between DGL and Georgacland Trust Board.*
Technical details have almost been completed.
*6.Communication with Grand Lodge*
The Proxy District Grand Master appointed by Grand Lodge is providing a very important liaison between Grand Lodge and District Grand Lodge. Proxy Masters have been appointed for each daughter Lodge in the District.
*Comment* RWMs through their Secretaries are reminded to establish a channel of communication with their respective Proxy Masters and keep DGL in the loop.
- *Communication with Daughter Lodges*
This has been poor.

RWDGM wishes that daughter lodges make more effort in responding to correspondence from the District Secretariat.
Members are also reminded to visit the various WhatsApp fora and the DGL Website for information
8 *Charity Events*
- Covid19 Challenge Appeal Fund, presentation to the 34 Military Hospital and the Makambo Community have been successfully concluded on 25th September and 19th December2020 respectively
- Visitation to 14 sick/ homebound brethren have been successfully undertaken before Christmas by The DGM and Brethen representing DGL.
c The Children’s Treat and the Annual Fund Raising Lunch have been shelved this year for lack of time available for planning.

Grand Lodge Prefernent was awarded to four Worthy Brethren. Bro JHH King PM, Bro.GAE Hamilton PM, Bro RAB Johnson PM and Bro MC Coker PM.

The District joins the RWDGM in congratulating these worthy Brethren in their well won ranks.
