SUBMISSION OF RETURNS –GRAND LODGE TIMELINES.
Brethren all Greetings. Please take note of the attached matrix which indicates the timelines for the submission of Returns in 2020/2021.
In essence, Grand Lodge demands that
- Immediately after election Meetings of daughter Lodges the Returns of Office Bearers and Application for Annual Certificate should be submitted
- Immediately after Installation Meetings Daughter Lodges are required to submit their Installation Returns and Benevolent fund for Grand Lodge.
- At the end of the financial year, against the end of January each year, Lodges should forward their Returns of Qualified Brethren.
The Matrix indicates the Month, from January to December each Lodge is expected to submit.
Please study the matrix and identify the Month your Lodge is to submit.
